Side hustle
When people ask me what I am doing these days I say I am a freelance writer. And that is true.

I am working on some web content. Click here to see some copy I helped to create. Another link to be added soon.
And of course there is this blog and all the associated social media that goes with it. And I have neglected the hell out of it for a month.
But mostly I would say I spend a lot of my time keeping my house tidy and cooking — which is blog fodder of course but I am apparently unmotivated to share it here.
I think I have become a housewife with a little side hustle.
But I am a real housewife, not like the ones on Bravo. And I am an subject matter expert there because I watch them all. Even Potomac.
Most of the time.
Well, not really Potomac. I just can’t keep straight who is mad at who and why on that one and/or why Ashley is still married to that cruel, unattractive bastard. I just can’t with that guy.
This is not what I intended when I left my enjoyable-if-not-totally-dead-end job.
I gave up looking for outside employment because my resume is just too strange to get me past any of the application tracking systems for the type of job I want. I apply for a copy writing job and I get offered a sales clerk position in a retail store.
No shade at ll but I did that a long time ago and I am not looking to go back.
To earn a living from this website, I need to create some content that I think people want to read. And if I had to guess, a long rambling post about not blogging often enough because I waste too much time watching wealthy women argue over nothing is probably not it.
Maybe I should blog about Housewives?
